Macquarie Institute for Innovation

About MII

Macquarie University has made a major step forward through the establishment of the Macquarie Institute for Innovation. Charged by the Vice-Chancellor with building a "spirit of enterprise" across the university and surrounding region, MII will roll out its first programs in 2006. MII will offer undergraduate and postgraduate coursework that is both practical and focused on outcomes that create opportunity and wealth for participants. It will empower graduates as they develop their own careers in the uncertain environment of the twenty-first century.

In a short space of time, the Institute has attracted a growing list of successful entrepreneur practitioners from across the county, who are enthusiastic about inspiring, challenging and mentoring young minds.

With a commitment to high standards in all facets of its operation, Macquarie Institute for Innovation has been founded on four distinctive tenets:

MII seeks to build a community of interest across the campus through clubs, competitions, talks and activities. It looks forward to building this community of enterprise.
