Macquarie Institute for Innovation

Non-Award Programs

The non-award program enables a person (Australian or permanent resident) with an existing degree (or appropriate experience) to undertake an individual unit from the current list of MII postgraduate units:
INOV

This could be for professional development and the typical applicant could already be working in a field related to the unit or wishing to shift fields.

A student who successfully completes one or more units under the non-award program will receive an official academic transcript from Macquarie University showing the units completed. Also, non-award units completed can be counted towards a postgraduate degree should a subsequent and successful application for one of MII's programs be made.

The non-award study program is managed by the Centre for Open Education www.coe.mq.edu.au/nonawd.htm (Level 1, building X5B)

Application is via a downloadable 8 page PDF form from their site and returnable to them.
