Managing Biotechnology Innovation

As biotechnology changes paradigms in medicine, agriculture and industrial processes there is a pressing need for cross-trained individuals capable of developing new innovations and bringing them to market.

This course is targeted to managers of emerging life-sciences fi rms and analysts in the sector to gain an understanding of the biotechnology business. It examines some of the key technological developments that have driven the sector's growth, considers an industry taxonomy, key performance drivers, and success factors in different segments.
